How to Delete Your MyKey Account

MyKey allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.

Steps to delete your account

1. Log in to the MyKey app.
2. Go to your Dashboard and tap the profile icon to open Settings.
3. Select "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile information, keychain registrations, public keychain profiles, scan history, location updates, and chat messages associated with your account. Your keychains are unregistered so they can be re-activated by a new owner. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team with the email address associated with your account.
