1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the MyKey platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MyKey's Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on MyKey's Service are provided as is. MyKey makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall MyKey or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MyKey's Service, even if MyKey or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MyKey's Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MyKey does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. MyKey may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

MyKey does not control the content posted on its Service by users. You acknowledge that by using this Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You use MyKey's Service at your own risk.

You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or share on MyKey. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content and that posting such content does not violate any laws or the rights of third parties.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MyKey immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

MyKey reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or remove content at its sole discretion.

8. NFC Keychain Responsibility

Users registering keychains on MyKey assume all responsibility for:

• Ensuring the physical keychain is properly maintained
• Updating keychain status promptly (Lost, Recovered, etc.)
• Providing accurate information about registered items
• Verifying finder information before arranging item recovery
• Ensuring safe transactions with finders

9. Finder Responsibilities

Finders using MyKey agree to:

• Act in good faith when returning lost items
• Not attempt to misuse or exploit keychain information
• Respect the privacy and safety of owners
• Not engage in fraudulent reward claims
• Follow all applicable local laws

10. Location Data Terms

Location sharing is voluntary and optional. By sharing location data, you acknowledge that you have provided your own location information voluntarily. MyKey is not responsible for any consequences arising from shared location data, including but not limited to unauthorized visits or trespass.

11. Reward Disclaimer

Rewards offered through MyKey are at the sole discretion of keychain owners. MyKey does not guarantee, mediate, or hold responsibility for reward payments. Disputes regarding rewards should be resolved directly between owners and finders.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in any form of harassment or threatening behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Engage in fraud or deception
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Post illegal, abusive, or offensive content

13. Orders, Payments & Refunds

Purchases made through the MyKey Store are processed securely via Stripe. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully captured. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information for delivery
• Pay the listed price at checkout, inclusive of any applicable shipping fees
• Allow reasonable time for processing, shipping, and delivery

Cancellations are only accepted before an order has shipped. Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Contact support with your order number to request a cancellation or refund.

MyKey has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MyKey of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

15. Modifications

MyKey may revise these terms of service for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

16. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
